Presmont is a Toronto, Canada, based boutique Capital Markets consulting group with a focus on identifying, building, and executing effective Capital Markets strategies for Micro, Small, and Mid capitalized companies.
Jason brings to the group a decade of Capital Markets experience, in various roles handling Business & Corporate Development, and Investor Relations with both private & publicly traded companies of Micro, Small, Mid, and Large capitalized companies. Prior to joining Presmont he was the V.P. of Investor Relations & Business Development for Daymak Inc. a privately held light electric vehicle company, in the Clean Technology sector. Prior to that Jason held a marketing position at RBC Dominion Securities a division of RBC Wealth Management.
Brennan brings to the group 4 years of independent equity research experience on software, life sciences, and technology stocks – his research has been distributed through platforms such as 5i Research, Stockhouse, and others. Brennan’s career began in the independent equity research space under Peter Hodson, formerly of Sprott Asset Management. Prior to this he worked with a small private fund consulting firm for High Net Worth Families.
Raj Ravindran, CFA
Raj has vast international experience in different fields of business. In the last 7 years Raj worked in investment management as a buy side analyst and a corporate development specialist for small cap companies. Currently he is actively involved in consulting junior companies on Corporate Developement, Capital Raising, and strategies in navigating difficult economic Conditions. Raj holds a Masters in Chemical Engineering (Oil & Gas Synthesis) from Moscow, Russia, PhD in Industrial Organizational Economics, Also from Moscow, MBA from a Canadian University and a CFA designation.
